TONNAGE CERTIFICATE

The tonnage certificate has no expiration date and remains valid indefinitely, unless one of the following events occurs:

​

1.  The name of the yacht changes and is no longer the name as that listed on the certificate; or

 

2.  The country of registration (flag) changes and is no longer that listed on the certificate; or

​

3.  Any physical alteration to the hull, structure, or configuration of the yacht on a date after the issuance of the certificate.
